logo and website design
The logo had been previously drafted, and my job was to digitize it. All graphics were either sourced from the public domain or hand drawn by me. The inspiration behind it was bright colors, similar to a shave ice stand. The gradient sky in the back was meant to mimic the time of day when the beer fest would take place.
As for the website, I designed it with a turnaround time of less than two weeks with Wordpress. It was made with a simple and minimal design to emphasize the colorful logo and draw attention to brewery logos featured on other pages. I updated it frequently with new breweries and food vendors as they joined the event. I created a video (below) to advertise on Facebook and Instagram.
I was responsible for social media from the beginning, including responding to questions and concerns leading up to and during the event. During the event I posted photos to help ease confusion. After the event I monitored reviews and created a short recap and thank you video.
