  • Created content for web, organic, and paid social, with different CTAs:

    • Tease - Introduced the contest 2 weeks prior

    • Enter Now

    • Last Chance, Enter Now

    • Vote Now

  • Implemented Woobox UGC contest and embedded it onto the HI93 site - created a landing page, entry form, and formatting the voting gallery

  • Provided support to participants through Instagram, Facebook, and our station email, contacting participants when their submissions weren’t accepted

Organic Content Examples

Designed these reels in order to increase social media engagement. Crystal loves singing and had auditioned for American Idol, so I had her sing the karaoke songs she would have chosen if she were submitting an entry.


Results

Facebook Ad Results

  • Paid Social:

    • Facebook Ad CTR of 1.44%, above the average CTR for Facebook ads

  • Organic social: Over 272 link clicks from Instagram stories

  • Gained 378 followers on Instagram in 20 days, increased followers by 1.69% in one month, the largest increase in 10 months

  • Increased page views by 7.17% compared to the previous month (bot activity may have also increased this)

Ended with a winner announced on Facebook Live for a One-Year Anniversary Luau with Karaoke performances by local artists.
